WIP Harad Army (maybe Heavy Pictures)

Hello,
I'm doing a WIP of my future Harad army and i started of with a box of Haradrim Riders, and basically, as you probably saw on my first topic, i choosed a different color pattern:

Bleached bone, shadowed with Badab Black and highlighted with skull white for the vest;

Ultramarines blue, shadowed with Asurmen blue and highlighted with... don't know yet, gotta try some options

for the cloak

Drybrushed Boltgun metal, then mithril silver drybrushed over for the armour,

Bestial bronw or snakbite leather, then drybrushed with fortess gray and skull white for the ropes/leather.

Dwarf flesh highlighted with elf flesh and maybe skull white for the faces and hands.

Hawk turquoise for the jewelery.

comment criticize and say everything you think about it, i need a lot of help to get better

Yeh I can see them when i click the link . Is it the image code that you copy and pasted into the thread ? Its the last link under the picture in photobucket I think

They look good - the blue cloak is a refreshing change to the usual Haradrim colours. They'll look great when theyre finished. Well done so far !

Nice painting, strange that he is wearing blue and not scarlet. (No Abrakhan cooments please).

now i first drybrushed the model with Ultramarines blue so that i got back the color of the cloak, then i drybrushed it with a mix of 2pts UM blue and 1pt of skull white, it doesn't look that good to me, it seems it's not shadowed, but you guys just tell me, it's been almost 5 years since i painted the last time...

i won't put scarlet, i wanna paint them different... i'm bored of scarlet

Lorewise they should always be scarlet as they were robed in scarlet in the books. That said, I think an alternate colour scheme with theme behiind it (even made-up GW theme) can loook good, and I kind of like the blue scheme.
