I made a lot of progress in those two days. Sorry for the big post btw xD (lots of photo's)

I assembled one of the two figures here, I don't know why it's sooo shiny

This is the other figures that I'll also put on the chariot after painting it. I guess I put the shield in the chariot for decoration if there is space xD

I made the wheels, they contain 3 layers of thin cardboard

As you can see i made the wooden 'thing-that-i-dont-know-the-name-of' that connects the horses to the chariot.

I haved glued those models on like 10 times or more, but I wasn't happy about the result any time, because it just didn't fit.

As you can see here I made another piece of the carpet there because the old one wasn't long enough, so I basicly made it longer.

I made the wheels

The wheels are made out of 3 layers of thin cardboard, so it gives it a nice 3-dimensional look

The Chariot will stand a bit different than this eventually, because the connection-thing to the horses isn't glued on yet.

So for now I got to make a base and paint the other horse

I did some stuff yesterday. I made the base of the chariot (might add some things), I added some detail to the horse and I painted a Lizardmen Temple Guard of a friend of mine. And it was my first lizardmen I've ever painted, so I'm pleased with the result

I added a corner with water on the base, just so the base looks more interesting

The horse didn't look cool enough, so I added some freckles to it. (couldn't make a better photo srry)

The base isn't finished as you can see, but I'll work on that

I finished the Chariot completely, and also finished the bases of the other 2 Easterlings.
I made the bases look fancy with my new purchased stuff, and I was out of Scorched Brown so that was a must too xD

I'm working on an Easterling Kataphrakt now, so I'll put that online soon ;D

That chariot is superb! If GW were ever to make them, that is how they should appear! I would have perhaps used Kataphract horses but these look just as cool!

Thanks! I had these horses left, and it was kinda a waste if i wouldn't use them xD

I was gone for more than a month, but today I felt like painting again, and I had some stuff painted before too.

I repainted this Easterling Kataphrakt, like 3 weeks ago, but I was too lazy to upload it xD

I wanted to paint this Elf of the Last Alliance in another colour scheme, but I still wanted to make it fit with the next of the army (which are painted in the regular colours)

I finally put up the sail on the Corsairs fishing boat.

I also finally painted the Mauraiders Command drummer, but I still need to do the base as you can see.

C&C are more than welcome!
