Heres a few shots of my Rangers of Middle Earth which iv dug out my cupboard. Some are almost done and just need basing. Constructive criticism is great as i need some tips after not painting for 4 years ish. Im using these as practice models and then hopefully in the summer I can get some new models and I plan to start a Rohan force.






Heres one im working on at the moment.

I'd use devlan mud ( now agrax earthshade)on the skin to improve it in no time

Thanks, I might consider buying a pot when Im next in GW. Iv already got a pot of nuln oil which has come in handy for some warriors of minas tirith i've just finished. Il upload some shots later tonight, I really enjoyed painting them and im thinking about painting up the last of my rangers in a more gondor theme and adding Faramir later on to ally with my Rohirrim.

You could think about using more layers for the highlights, or at least more watered down colour. Right now its a bit a abrupt.
