When I call a heroic fight and then win the fight does the enemy get to fight back with the second "free" charge?

Not sure what u mean, but when u win the duel u follow the duel table, when u rolled them the duel ends and then u continue the normal fight, just keep in mind that your enemy might have lesser attacks for the kills u made. And the duel casualties also count to determin who won the fight

I think your answer is on page 66:

If a hero declares a heroic fight, work this fight out first. If your formation(with the hero in it) wins the fight you can choose to immediately charge and fight again before any other fights are resolved.

The cool part of this heroic action is that accompanying formations in the same fight benefit from it aswell. Your formations can charge and fight the same or other enemy's, although they don't have to!

And yes, the enemy still can strike at you whilst you are in the second fight.
