Metal Men of Numenor with Swords???

Hello Everyone

I was just looking around on eBay and came across this. This seller claims to have some prototype versions of METAL Men of Numenor with Swords. Its unusual because they were one of the first released plastic lord of the rings minis. Anyways here's the link and maybe some serious collector who loves metal may be interested.

Yes, well. The pictures speak for themselves. 5 Archers, 4 Swordsmen, 4 Spearmen. All clearly metal.

Hey OMW - I found that stone troll your misisng but for some reason they will ONLY post to Germany , why would they do that?

The Wetta sculpt is worth a mint
I knew about the metal swords men. GW makes it very hard on collectors with stuff like this :-X

I just read the whole listing and it says at the bottom "International bidders please contact for shipping before you buy" so i guess he does ship abroad - I'll pm you the link, see if its any good to you . seems a shame to be only missing the one

I actually bought my set of Trolls from Ebay in Germany and they shipped to the UK no problem...

I'm surprised there's a metal version of the swordsmen. $35 U.S. I know without a doubt a few of you on here will be bumping that price up sky high come curtain call. One of the swords appears to be missing though on one of the models.
