I originally planned a Rohan banner, but struggled with the horse so opted for the Dol Amroth banner instead.

I've finished my Warband for the Painting Challenge, a Mordor Troll Chieftain, 2 Mordor Trolls, an Orc Banner Bearer, and 8 Mordor Orcs. I look forward to using these in battle (the Trolls at least). One is quite heavily converted, as I had previously converted the hammer, and lost the spikes for the helmets, so a green stuff armour plate was added over the top, as well as a Green Stuff hammer.

You have managed to make the orcs and trolls quite dark but with a depth of shade, tone and highlight that does not obscure their foul nature (poor personal hygiene and grooming). Makes me want to paint some trolls!

Superb work man, the trolls have been done very well. I really like the banner idea where it's been converted into a mordor version.

I do have some other ideas for banners, but I'm not sure how soon I'll get round to doing them

This thread made me go and get down my tray of 13 undercoated trolls. I had a look at each one in turn, then put them away again lol. I haven't got time to paint them at the moment. But I did think about it. Just for a minute.
