I am not sure but I think certain services, like Yahoo Mail, allow 27MB attachments. Wow 137MB word document, that's a big one!

If you want you could burn it to a CD and post it out to me. Or I'll give you FTP access to a specific part of the site and you can upload it there - there are ways to do it, no problemo.

That works really easy and you can upload up to a couple GB.

Does anyone know if there is a way of accessing photos from the gallery? Just realized I don't have a backup of everything I posted there...

When this happened once a couple of years back, I learnt that the site remained on the server, and could be accessed through that server's IP address. I will bash off a quick email to the server owner, and let you know any response. Although I backed up all articles and a few topics, I didn't back up any photos, unfortunately...

Just a very quick update - it looks as if it might be possible to get access to the directory, in which case I could find any of your data that you wanted. I'll keep you posted on progress...
