Love the Rohan conversions! I always imagined those particular models should have had larger bows :D It's the pose I guess.
Great work!

Thanks for the comments and positive feedback guys I really appreciate it. I was struggling to find the right palette and technique while painting some previous ranger conversions and dwarves.

Yeah, the larger bow really suites the pose, makes for a nice little tidy conversion.

I'm painting my dwarf war band for the painting challenge at the moment and the Rohan commanders should be next or in between so the Elves wont be along till another little while.

The Halbarad and dwarfs look really good! You have set the standard quite high this month for the painting competition.

Thanks guys. I'm very happy with how the dwarves and ranger have turned out, finally found a painting method I'm comfortable with :)

The painting on those dwarf archers is so soft and neat.

Beautifully done!

Amazing! For some reason your grey colour scheme just like it's meant to be that way.. very dwavish! The beards, esp. of thebanner bearer are very well done mate!

These really do look great and I love the banner, you have a very clean style that really makes the miniatures shine.

Very nice painting, I'm wondering did you paint the armor on the dwarves, the same way as you described in your huntsman guide? I tend to have some difficulty with metal paints, this technique might be a great alternative.

The second set look good but there is something that doesn't have the same feel as the first set. Maybe it's the beards which don't look as smooth as the first set though its excellent on the banner bearer.
The colour scheme is fascinating, they look grey until you zoom in and see the blues and greys, I like that a lot.
