You've certainly improved.

I just think the armour on Lurtz and some Uruks is a bit too shiny. Maybe it's the picture? Otherwise I'd suggest a wash ^^

To tell the truth, I never bothered painting any highlights or shades, but I was amazed to see how easy it is (at least the higlights-if I do it right). I'll definitely do this to the Orcs as well. I did this also to some Galadhrim Warriors and it also turned out OK (to me).

As for the armour, I don't know, maybe the flash of the camera made this? Only boltgun metal on the soldiers and on Lurtz a black wash as an extra.

It isn't a WIP really, but it is still unfinished.

I've started a gaming board, 1x1.2 (for now, I'm planning on making it 1.5x1.2). Since I don't have it in my house, I can only work with it small times per year. in my village.

All these photos were taken in February. Since then, I've covered some places with no dirt, some gaps, cleared it in general etc.
And it has some sort of pink in the dirt due to the camera? I don't really know, in life it doesn't seem like that.
