I personally like to hold them back from the crash of the main battle lines and charge them against isolated enemies and heroes who break through the line. I do however find that my main gaming opponent takes particular delight in head hunting them before they get used. He used volley fire very effectively in the past to knobble them early on, but now that Volley fire with bows is out the window they should hopefully last a bit longer!

but why are the black worriors so much bigger then the mounted units then XD or do they get a growth spurt when they get thrown off the horse's . and bad luck for u :/ bow fire is still a bit to powerful in lotr stupid full bow army's i hate them so much >(

The original metal black knights are in scale with the metal foot troops, however they still look out of scale with their horses.Bow fire from good armies and stationary uruk hai can be a real threat, but there are strategies against it.

Very true. Bow fire took a hit with the new rules. With movement making it harder to hit. He's right though there are lots of strategies that can be used against it. Such as drummers to increase movement and other such things.
