I am rue that there are other threads about missing miniatures but I just wanted to know in one place where all can see, since the hobbit has came out,what models have been removed from games workshop so far I know;

I don't go on the site as often as is hours so I don't notice everything missing so I would just like to know so I can grab a bargain before they rocket up!

These guys went before the Hobbit range was released, I think that Army-of-the-Dom is looking for what has disappeared post the release of the Hobbit range.

numenor archers?? Im crying inside, i wanted to get some of them soon with christmas around the corner, will any of them be re released or is it the sad end for manyy lotr, and will they eventually stop selling lotr as i have got no hobbit apart from odd bits to try and get rest of lotr range

It's a sad end. They won't bother with any more re-releases. Not worth their money. If you want any metal models, get them now otherwise they'll be oop.

Some will be back as finecast/plastic i'd imagine. Others will be gone for good.

i have quite a few of those bits but i dont know how they can just remove hobbits an characters like gimli who are main characters and personally i prefer the lotr minis and im sure others do so why are they getting rid of most of them but more importantly, is there anything we can do? i.e petition...sounds stupid but anything...ideas?

Its a business not a government lol. We have already had this discussion recently on another thread, the LotR/Hobbit Range is GW's proverbial step-child, its not their intellectual property and they make less money off of it so they don't care. Its been, like the elves, "the long defeat"
