So they had 90 'miscasts' to get rid of... such things have been known to happen.
I worked in a small government office where one of the junior staff was told to do the monthly supplies requisition. The handtowels for the washrooms came in packets of 100. So she asked how many we went through in a typical month and someone reckoned 40 (that is just 2 per day in case you are wondering).
So a couple of weeks later this HUGE truck arrives outside and I see men beginning to unload boxes. And more boxes. And yet more boxes. Mountains of boxes.
It emerged later on, that the 'packet' referred to on the requisition form actually referred to a box. And inside each box there were 24 of what we call packets. Yes, we had 40 boxes of paper handtowels, each containing 24 packets, each of 100 towels. That is 96000 handtowels....
So yes, I can see these sort of things happening.
