Minas Tirith 750 pts attempt

After many years I am going to reform my Minas Tirith army to ft the current rules.

This is a list based on the current models i have i know that needs some vital changes (p.ex. boromir should be the mounted and faramir on foot)

Also i know that there is no mage on this list (its pure MT now), if it is going to be he is Gantalf the grey or stormcaller but which warband should i remove? :S

MINAS TIRITH (only) 750pt ARMY

Warband 1 11/12
Boromir, Captain of the White Tower with Shield;
2 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield; Spear;
3 Guard of the Fountain Court
3 Osgiliath Veteran with Shield;
3 Osgiliath Veteran with Spear
Warband 2 7/12
Faramir, Captain of Gondor with Horse; Heavy armour; Lance;
6 Knight of Minas Tirith with Shield;
1 Knight of Minas Tirith with Banner;
Warband 3 10/12
Madril, Captain of Ithilien
5 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield; Spear;
5 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield;
Warband 4 12/12
Damrod, Ranger of Ithilien
6 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Bow;
6 Ranger of Gondor
Total units: 44

Some changes may be:
-Changing Madril(even if i believe his reinforcement rule is great in some senarios) for Beregond(I really cant find him) or Denethor(he is sweet in 500pt but not sure if here also) + extra troops to fill the 12 spots of each warband (the problem of 44 models is clear)
-Changing knight banner with foot banner or removing the banner at all to spend pts for more troops
-Changing WoMT archers for fewer Citadel guard archers(also dont have em), cause elven bows+bodyguard can be pain for trolls.

I insist on this topic guys i am really in need of opinions/suggestions, please help....

I know those lists have been said again and again but I wonna make sure what list can be competitive and what not, before giving money to buy new models QQ....

I'd dump Madril for Cirion, maybe mount Boromir and give him a lance to join his brother.
Swap the Warriors of MT with bow for Rangers so your last Warband is pure-rangers

I understand your logic about Cirion and indeed he can help more than madril in the certain warband, but maybe should i find a Beregond or Denethor to switch him? So I can make points (also with removing the mounted banner for whom i am not sure if he deserves the 38 points) and field a stormcaller?
