I am fond of the Gundabad Black Shields Captain. Strength 5 on a goblin is pretty great. His two handed sword is situational, but if you needed to you could spend might to negate the two handed weapon penalty.

Yeah useful vs dwarfs for example but not strong all-round. But in those specific games could help extremely much!
