WB 2 ~ Isengard "Rhudaur"
Thrydan Wolfsbane
4 Dunlending Warrior, 2-handed weapon
4 Dunlending Warrior, Shield
4 Ruffian with Bow

WB 3 ~ Angmar "Ettenmoors"
Barrow-wight
3 Orc Warrior, Shield
3 Orc Warrior, Spear
4 Orc Tracker
2 Warg Rider with Shield

Total Units: 39
Total Points: 500
Might Points: 6
Archer: 28,2 %

What do you think? Is this an competitive army?
I think the looking of this army might be pretty descent, many different models, men, orcs, ghosts ...
The Ruffians will be Wild Men of Dunland with Bows.

Wow! I would not want to face this. You have enough magic to guarantee shutting down 1-2 enemy heroes, but also enough s4 to make sure you ain't a weak force in combat. I like the list alot!

That's cool. I've been really wanting to make a Angmar list. My main problem is I always feel a little bored just using lots of regular orcs. I like the idea of black numenoreans though and I've always loved the specters. Maybe Buhrdur for the ettenmoors?

Jep, that's true. I also don´t like just orcs. It's boring to paint and to play.
In my eyes Buhrdur would be no option in this constellation, because I got a "weak" Witchking (only 10 W) so the Barrrow-Wight is needed, I got already a killer and only 500 points.
But a troll is a troll...
