If this competitive for tournaments????

I do think it would be competitive against some armies but not in tournaments man.

You do have some hard hitting troops though. Look cool you'll always be outnumbered though.

I think it could do ok in tourneys. All heroes takes a lot of finesse to play effectively. But I think that particular force could do well.

If you faced more than 1 spell caster you would be in trouble. Even a troll or wild warg chief would be difficult to handle if you don't kill it first time around.

The higher you go in pts, the less "competitive" an all hero force is going to be, as it mostly rides on your luck. This force would probably struggle against Mordor, Harad, Moria. The main issue would be keeping Gandalf alive. I think you should give it a try and see how it goes in a few practice games, but it is certainly able to deal with regular armies like Dwarves, Elves, Men and even Uruk-Hai.

I advise you to swap out Gandalf for Saruman the White. Maybe try and get Aragorn in there as well for the might.

hmm, Gandalf gives blinding light, which is a huge leg up vs elves and other archery armies including Uruk-Hai. You will find it a lot harder to fight without that extra attack and knock down. So as much as I like Saruman, I'd probably stick with old greybeard.

Gandalf is definitely the weakest link in there, but the list is solid overall, I mean beorn takes alot to bring down, glorfindel isn't exactly a push over either
