Here a list investing in crossbows more than normal...
what you guys think of this?
Warband 1
Vraskû
12 uruk hai warriors with crossbow
Warband 2
uruk Hai captain with heavy armour and shield
8 wildman of Dunland
5 orc warriors with spear
Warband 3
uruk Hai captain with heavy armour and shield
4 wildman of Dunland
5 orc warriors with spear
Warband 4
Uruk hai Shaman with armour
5 wildman of Dunland
total: 500pts
might: 8
13 crossbows, 43 models
Shaman stay around crossbows for fury, remain is annoying cannon fodder and hlep around the captains (while they do the interesting butchering)

No spears, that would be difficult to get all those guys a combat.
Maybe put in some orc spearmen for that?
But I could see such a list do well.
