So I have some spare plastic Gandalfs and wanted to try and put one on horse.
Usually I just take the bottom of a rider of rohan and the top of the model I want. This time I wanted to do somethin diffent an wanted to "sculpt the bottom, however it has not gone well.

Can I save this or should I just sacrifice another rider and green stuff over the "Rohan" parts?

Main problem is the bottom, and the part that sgould fitt on the horse.

Any tips or tricks is greatly welcome.

have fun

First off, you can cut greenstuff off with a hobby knife, you can cut away anything that is not right and then put new stuff on. I am not sure what you are trying to sculpt, cloth, feet, legs? you should make a sketch of what you are making so you can tackle it correctly. Then I would recoment doing this in halves. Most likely you will need to put your hands on the model while you are pressing the details, folds etc. on the other side, so if you do one half and then let it cure you will be able to do both halves without finger prints. Work small. also watch video's and tutorials on sculpting cloth. For cloaks and cloth, some times it helps to roll it out like you would any other dough/clay, and cut the shape you want, even applying fold dents then apply it to the model. Then you can cure it in a tin with a light for a few hours and then apply the rest of the folds and details you want. There are other methods, but I would look into them if you are having results like you show here.
