the black gate - WIP

Hi there,

after a prolong break I decided to build something once again!
I build more of the fun hobby and less because I play. So I searched for something that is equally challenging and decorative. I have found THE BLACK GATE

Here are the first pictures. I hope you like it so far

Great work. The Black gate is a tricky piece to replicate, but, you are doing a great job rising to the challenge.

yes pink is very nice, but even my girlfriend likes it better in black

I have made of black paint, sand and some PVA glue a primer mixed together and I am very surprised by the first impression. looks already quite neat!

Now that's a bit more like it, I probably wouldn't have it quite so rough but still very impressive.

on it goes! I've got the rough construction of the first outer part done, where the gate in the rock merges. the front deteils're done. it goes on now then with the battlements. all in all it's pretty much the same as before ......

slowly you recognize what it should be!
the 'standart ornament "is now fast and smooth and the rough construction of portal and oberern parapet are already finished

when there are no ornaments are on the wall will be rock later

So here now after a little throwback to the new building of the (almost) finished front of the black gate. you can already see much of the final form. when the glue would not empty, the battlements would all be stuck
