Is the barrels out of bond , a diorama? or an actual playable part of an army? ( curious as im a straight up army builder , not at all a diorama collector ) Need to know so i dont buy it accidentally when it comes out.
It just says "Finecast Box". It's in a green text colour, perhaps indicating a special set, limited edition or maybe a diorama. I hope to find out soon
The set has clearly been produced as a box of playable figures, the only thing is that they are only going to be an use in a scenario or points battle with a large fast flowing river traversing it, so generally they are only ever going to be used by someone with access to appropriate scenery as part of a set scenario in a new book (there were no pictures of this yet!). The barrel figures are well sculpted, but I don't fancy dedicating that much time in painting models that in truthfulness I will use once or twice, or maybe not at all!
Hi Bofur, I wouldn't be too upset by the absence of a finecast company as it would have a price tag of £156 for the basic 13 models, which in my opinion is unacceptable!
