I've starting making a supplement, for the Kin-Strife, so I thought I'd post what I've done so far. I've done the profiles and the first three scenarios so far:
Good:Eldacar –125 Points:

He may be given a Shield for an additional 5 points.
Special Rules:
King of Gondor: Eldacar is the King of Gondor. To represent this, his Stand Fast! has a range of 12”/28cm. Also, all friendly Dúnedain of Gondor, Warriors of Minas Tirith, Northmen of Rhovanion, Captain’s of Rhovanion and Ornendil treat Eldacar as a banner.
Ornendil, son of Eldacar – 65 Points

Special Rules:
Gondor’s Finest: A Descendant of Númenór may only be taken in a force if Eldacar or Ornendil is also taken. However they have the Bodyguard special rule for Eldacar and Ornendil.
Of Noble Blood: A Descendant of Númenór treat Eldacar and Ornendil as a banner.
Evil:Castarmir the Usurper – 110 Points

Wargear:Castarmir the Usurper carries a Sword (Hand Weapon) and wears Heavy Armour.
Special Rules:Rebel Leader: Castarmir is the leader of the Rebel’s during the Kin-Strife. To represent this, his Stand Fast! has a range of 12”/28cm.
Terror: Those loyal to Eldacar fear Castarmir because they didn’t believe any would betray the King. Castarmir causes Terror.
Great Swimmer: Castarmir is the Captain of the Ships, and is used to staying on boats and having them attacked. To represent this, whenever Castarmir has to make a swimming role, he adds one to his dice roll.
Rebel Captain – 60 Points:

For Castarmir!: Rebel Captain’s have the greatest respect for Castarmir the Usurper. To represent this, all Rebel Captains treat Castarmir as a banner.

Special Rules:Great Swimmers: Corsair’s of the Kin-Strife are used to staying on boats and having them attacked. To represent this, whenever a Corsair of the Kin-Strife has to make a swimming role, he adds one to his dice roll.

Scenario One - Rebellion:
A small group of rebels does not want Eldacar to become the king, as he is not of pure Númenórean descent. They fight with Eldacar’s supporters on the outskirts of Gondor.Participants:

Special Rules:
To the rescue: At the start of Turn 3, the remainder of the Good side will arrive from the Southern Board Edge. They may act normally on the turn they arrive, but cannot charge.
Deployment:The game is played on a board 24”/56cm by 24”/56cm, in the streets of Osgiliath. A few buildings are placed on the South side of the board, while a forest is placed on the North side. The Good Side deploys the Captain of Gondor, 4 Dunedain of Gondor with Bows, and 4 Warriors of Minas Tirith with Shields within 3”/8cm of the centre of the board. The Evil player than sets up his force at least 12”/28cm away from the centre, but no closer than 2”/4cm to another Evil model. The rest of the Good force is kept in reserve.
Objective:The Evil side must kill at least 10 good models before being reduced to 25% of its starting numbers. The Good side must prevent this.
Castarmir attempts to take controlCastamir has chosen to join the rebels and wishes to become King. However, to do this he must kill the most loyal supporters of Eldacar, whilst minimising rebel losses.Participants:Good:Captain of Gondor with Shield

Objective:The Evil player must reach a total of 20 Victory before being reduced to 25% of their starting numbers. The best result they can achieve is a draw if all 3 Evil Heroes are killed. The Good Side must prevent this. Victory Points are awarded for the following things:
1 Point – Killing a Descendant of Numenor
1 Point – Each Good Warrior killed by Castarmir
1 Point – If a Good Hero is killed by anyone apart from Castarmir
1 Point – Each Evil Model that makes it off the Southern Board edge.
2 Points – If Castarmir kills the Ranger of the North
3 Points – If the Good Side breaks first
5 Points – If Castarmir kills the Captain of Gondor
-1 Point – Each Rebel Captain killed or fleeing
-2 Points – If the Evil Side breaks first
-10 Points – If Castarmir is killed or flees
Eldacar Fights BackDeployment:The battle takes place in the streets of Osgiliath, where there are lots of buildings and statues as well as a few walls. First, the Good Side deploys within 12”/28cm of the centre point of the Southern Board Edge. The Evil Side then deploys within 12”/28cm of the North Board Edge.
Eldacar Fights BackEldacar has heard of the news of the rebels, and leads his Warriors in the fight against the rebels. Eldacar must destroy the rebels or he will never become King.Participants:Good:Eldacar with Shield

Objective:Eldacar is trying to destroy the rebel threat, and to do so must kill as many of the rebels as possible, whilst trying to minimise his own losses. Both sides must reduce the enemy to 25% to win. If all heroes on one side have been killed, than the best result that side can achieve is a draw, unless all 4 have been killed, in which case the victory conditions apply as normal.
Deployment and Set-up:Buildings, trees, walls are scattered over the board, with a few ruins in the North West corner to represent the destruction caused by the rebels. The Good Side set up first, within 18”/42cm of the South East corner. The Evil Side then deploy all of their models within 18”/42cm of the North West corner.
