The new theme for the March 2008 'Master Craftsman' Themed Challenge is

FIRE

This one word can conjure up many potential avenues to explore in Middle Earth. We leave it up to you all to amaze us with your imagination.

Good Luck in the Themed Challenge

Azog on behalf of the Competition Committee

The ol' imagination is starting to kick into overdrive for this one. This is a great theme and gives a huge amount of scope for creativity. I love it!

I've never participated in the OR awards, but I'm definitely going to try to get some stuff together for this next round. I've already thought of a couple of ideas, but I'm trying to keep them realistic.

Great blazing chariots! I'd love to enter this one but can't!

I cannot wait to see the entries. What an inspired choice of theme. :D

I couldn't fit in an attempt last time but will try this time. Awesome word selection (both as noun and verb) for the theme. Maybe I'll douse my partly finished entry for "Construction" with lighter fluid, put a match to it and see how many pics I can get off before it's completely unrecognizable.

The goblin said 'Fire', so, well, the Ba-zoo-kah (bless it) was just handy, so I did.

Sounds like this is going to be hotly contested....

(Dorth wonders how many more puns can be got out of this one...)

I'm melting with anticipation! My desire is burning to make something creative, but there is very little spark. However, it probably won't be very long before something rekindles the flame!

Time to 'Blaze' new trails!

Awww... I'm awful. :sauron:

CANDELS ?!?!?!?! If you're going to involve real fire at least do it right. Scoop up a cup or three of some liquid that ends in "sien" and have some fun.

Yes Billbo91, feel free to use candles in your project. The theme is 'fire' but it's up to you how to interpret it.
