In the film Arwen rode Asfaloth carrying Frodo, however Tolkien's version was that Glorfindel rode Asfaloth, as he was one of only a few that were feared by the Nazgul.

Was it me? Lord Erkenbrand. Wasn't I named the First Marshall of the Mark, or am I confusing myself with someone else?

Tricky question, as it was Theoden himself until Saruman took control of him, then there effectively was none !

Correct! Theoden, Theodred and Eomer were respectively the First, 2nd and 3rd Marshall of the Mark until the death of Theodred, then you came in, Lord Erkenbrand at the Third Place ... :P

In the films, Sarumans Uruk-Hai wear the mark of the White Hand on their foreheads, but what mark did they use in the books, mainly on their helmets ?
