Ok, I've fixed the graphic for the Upload button, but I need to do a new graphic for the 'Register' button (only applies to Beginners).

The link to the Register page will work, so you can click the missing image if you want, but I'll do the graphic ASAP and get it up on the site pronto.

Voting already started in July 1st and will be on until July 15th. Maybe the top banner thingy is confusing you.

To vote just click on Competition Categories (left menu), choose the Category, then you should find a Vote button. Click and choose your options.
