Very nice job on that Ent...your paint job has me interested in actually thinking of buying one of those models (well, more like asking for one as a gift).
Very nice job! :yay:

Thank you, guys!
I'm very thankful for every comment!

More commanders comming soon ;)
But.. it's time for a keepsake.. diorama or something for my shelf. What do you think about "the Fellowship diorama"? Or shall I do other kind of diorama? Maybe duel? Do you have any idea, guys?

Awesome work on those easterling dudes, Skyman. :D

As for a diorama.....I think something original would be cool. Something not everyone does--maybe the orcs and uruks fighting in the watchtower or Frodo fleeing from Amon Hen in the canoe. :)

White basecoat -> Gryphonne Sepia wash -> darker wash (using brown paints) -> Bleached Bone -> Skull White -> bright washes (Snakebite Leather etc.) -> Skull White for "reflections".
Hope it would help ;)

I WOULD BE VERY THANFUL FOR YOUR (GOOD) VOTES ON

Quit your awful painting. You're wasting space AND MY TIME!

:-D

Actually....that's FANTASTIC! I love the red! The horn of the hornblower also stands out to me. 8)

Keep up the good work! :)

I like the banner - very unusual. :yay: I think the flesh could do with a little work (it looks a bit patchy and flat in places) but really nice work overall!

Well.. I don't use Citadel's paints anymore, so it will be hard to explain but I will try ;p
Dark Skin (if I good remember) -> Dark Skin:Blood Red 50:50 -> Dark Skin:Blood Red 20:80

The photography isn't the best. I took it very fast to show it for a guy, who ordered painting them. I would take a new one but they are packaged and waiting for send.
The skin is very nice, I think. I add for it a lot of highlights and some bloodveins, which you can't see on the photography :(

Well.. I'm glad of the final effect. However, it can not be see on this photos.
