Well, I missed getting in a picture of "Step 2", & procrastinated so long the thread died, but I'm hoping to have a picture of Step 3 up pretty soon.
The first picture is in my gallery, here
I'm hoping the next picture will be more clear, but that one works well enough for that stage of the project.

Yeah, it's been a while since I updated on this. I do have some nex pics, though - I just can't get them uploaded right to show them here. :o They're up in My Gallery along with some other uploads, though.
I'm rather frustrated to discover that this thing is too big for SBG.

No, I was originally planning on making it Glaurung. Since it's too big or official use, it's probably going to become one of the great beasts of Gondolin instead.

Either the brass one that was a tank/flamethrower or the iron one that carried orcs inside. Making it the fire serpent would take too much resculpting, plus I always pictured those as being far more slender.
