looks good.. but isn't the causeway longer & higher and also has a small arch underneath it? in which case you would have to raise the castle a bit.. or is it just going to be short so it can be stored easily?

I like it! But i do agree that the causeway could be a little longer.

causeway can not be longer, cos my table is no longer. and if i make the castle higher, the causeway is almost vertical:)

btw, tnx for that small arch, i'm going to cut that off

the causeway high is now about 3,25" high

It looks really good. The red rock does have a rather interesting effect. My one suggestion would be to add some more paint to those green things. When I use them I tend to paint them with a darker green, watered down so that it doesn't just get on the tips, to make them fit in more.
Good luck with the rest of it.

Sweeeeet! It's great to see it done. That must have been a lot of work, but now you have and awesome piece of terrain to use with your minis. :yay:

tnx. i'll paint that grass dark with a little light green drybrush.
the fortress is about 1 meter(40")wide and 0,5 meter deep(20") i dunno how long the bridge is, but didn't count it.

i paint the hill with a black/brown basecoat. then a drybrush with a mix of tannedflesh/skullwhite.

it's about 60/70 hours work, now im going to make that big mountain

This is the best yet. It is very hard to cut straight with hot wire. When the wire gets hot it gets longer. You have very good control. Which cutter do you use?
