Rohan Royal Guard mounted, Sons of Eorl, Rohan Outriders (pretty much all Rohan troops in plastic)
High Elves and Numenoreans in their own separate boxes
Dunlendings
Elnaith (if they even ever come out in metal)

More Rohan (RRG - ft and mtd, low quality footmen)
Dunlendings
Fiefdoms
Kataphracts
Variags
More scenery - race specific (could be some great stuff from the eastern lands)

Wishful thinking time eh? I'll limit myself to three otherwise my answer will simply be "everything that isn't already in plastic"

Rohan Royal Guard
Rohan Royal Knights
Outriders of Rohan

What models would you most want to be available in plastic?

All of them?

Failing that, Dunlending Warriors and Horsemen, Uruk Hai set with 8/8/8 shields, pikes and x bows. And the very much wanted TLA sets with seperate elves and numenoreans, and plastic foot SKODA and BNs.

A set of plastic high elves, like the spearmen and a new set of galadhrim, please, since i think the galadhrim now look horrible IMHO. Or the the ones from the Warriors of the Last Alliance box in their own box.

plastic high elf cavalry, chariot, and warriors would be good. they should also cost way less than everything else because we've had to wait sooooooo long for their release (which still isn't in sight)

i would also love to see warriors of arnor, numenorean infantry and cavalry, and a hobbit set with like, 50 hobbits or something.

and although slightly off topic, BRING OUT BATTALION BOX SETS!! lotr is sadly lacking in army boxes, which they used to sell but randomly decided to stop.

galadhrim- 24 warriors, 6 knights, 6 GotGC (i know they're not plastic but oh well), ent and a commmand set - £50

Lol, too true!

From reading all these replies, plastic elves seem to be most popular.

that would be great if they came back with the army boxes like legion of the white hand. i should have bought it before they discontinued it.

I've seen some of those on Ebay. There's Helm's Deep as well.
