Hey guys, I'm back! I have been so caught up in the new releases of Warhammer that i have forgotten about my long lost project. I have been assembling models the last few days, about half way through, I'm building two armies, (Fallen Realms & Gondor/Arnor) Here is a photo of what I have assembled so far...

Image

I soo need to get stuck into painting, it's looking a little daunting, but I'll stick to it and keep you's updated :) After I have assembled them all I'll begin painting. I'm still kinda new to WotR so hopefully I do everything right. Anyway, I'll finish assembling the models tonight/tomorrow and then show you what I have tomorrow night... :) Bye for now!

Hey everyone, the glass cabinet is from Liverpool (NSW), Australia from a place called shopfittingsdirect. I was also wondering, I'm currently building some corsairs and they come with sword and shield, bows, and spears.... but theres nothing about spears in the rulebook so do they count as a hand weapon?

spears - i think are for support or as a throwing weapon. More i don't really know about them.

What rulebook do you have that doesn't have the rules for spears in it?

awsome Brent! Love the glass cabinet. I have one at home but it's only the front door and the shells that are made of glass, the rest is made of white wood!

Good luck!

Really brilliant idea! Your miniatures look great at this moment so I can't wait to see your armies after finished collecting.

Happy painting and don't forget about some pictures for us :)

Hey guys, so sorry i havent updated, i'm going to! I'm in the process of designing two armies that'll fit into the normal strategy game, instead of war of the ring, but i'm having trouble finding the characteristics for some minis. so i'll be updating WIP shots soon.

Must buy some of those osgiliath ruins. They look awesome.

Can I see a pic of the converted uruk who looks like he is based upon ugluks model. Looks epic with the spear of doom!

cheers bud.

James

It looks more like a Haradrim Banner Bearer to me (the one from the Harad Command set) but without the banner.
