Isn't this something where Elrond tells Arwen to take the ship, telling her there's no hope for her in this world (Middle-earth) ?

Or maybe this image is a drawing of someones' own interpretations of these words in the books, with the use of the movie-scenery and characters?
Or maybe in the movie this is where Arwen just returned to her Father, where Elrond picked up the book that Arwen dropped... When Arwen asks him to reforge the blade or something...

(just a though, I could be wrong...)

Yes, it should be something like that, but on the dvd, the matching scene's background doesn't look like on this picture.

That scene never made it to the actual movie I think. Its one of the deleted scenes during the editing.
