Lorizael, I have to ask now, I don't remember Gamesworkshop ever releasing their own version of a Weathertop model. So how's the tutorial a reproduction/counterfeit? And isn't the design of Weathertop the property of Weta Workshop?

I like how the guys themselves at Forgeworld actually agreed to send photos to Dagorlad to help with the project. Cool people.

Here is a photo of the special display model. It shows how close Allen was able to come to the design with his model and plan Excellent work Allen :yay: And thanks for the hard work restoring the article library :!:

I was talking about the casting of the statues and ruins from the GW LotR ruin kit.

But yes, as everyone has said- tis an awesome tutorial and very well made. :)

Thanks guys. Yes Lorizael was correct in pointing out that there are some parts of my Weathertop model that are recast from Games Workshop pieces, notably the statues. I did include a caveat in the article itself to indicate that the website does not condone the recasting of other works.
