Can more than one formation use the same epic hero's overlord ability within the same phase. In other words, for example, could two separate formations both use the same Epic hero's Overlord special ability to heroic move at the same time (although obviously one after the other), in the same phase? I would assume it will of course depend on the Epic Hero having sufficient Might points to 'action' all affected units

Yes you can use the Overlord in 1 turn as long as you have might
