Hi all,

Of my Haradrim and Rohirrim I have a few broken spears. One was broken in a box and I accidently sat on one of my Haradrim spear-men. I glued the tip of the spear back on but it's not strange and looks strange, does anyone have a recommendation on what I should do to get it off again, re-glue and and make sure it is straight?

I'm assuming that this is the plastics?
If so, just cut them back off with your hobby knife and re-attach them using plastiweld.

If it's the metals, you'll need to cut them free - very carefully - and drill some small holes for pinning. I actually know a place online you can go for drill bits in all sizes, but the name will have to wait until I get home after work. Sorry.
In any case, you just drill a hole that's big enough to get a staple into & use that to pin it on. 8)

You can buy wire spears on e-bay. In reality they're lengths of wire with a needle-like point. You can either use them as they are, or hammer the end 6mm or so flat, tidy it up with a file, and then replace the broken plastic one by drilling through the hand(s). You don't get the pretty heads like the Rohirrim use, but they're good enough for gaming, and don't break. Haradrim ones are a bit more tricky, but you can cut some from bamboo, which will give you the type of blade that GW use, and fits in well.

That's easier than mine & will still look great. Use that method instead. :yay:
