Good to see Anglo-French or Franco-Anglais relations are still running so smoothly after all these years... :roll:

So what they do (allegedly and all evidence presented about appears to indicate) when not painting/modelling/gaming, is tease the neighbours across the English Channel/La Manche.
Ah well...

Busy on the brew as it's Blackberry and Elderberry season - just got a cool 130 bottles on the go now - that being a 5 gallon of each and a couple of mixes. 5 gallon of orange wine (delicious) 1 gallon of Apple wine 5 gallon of Chardonnay.
Reds will be ready in a year, white ready now and orange and apple in 3-4 weeks.
At least I will be have a smile on my face :yum:

Currently up to my elbows in afterbirth and mucus having helped my lab deliver 6 labradoodles. There was eight but we sadly lost two.
They have doubled their birth weight in a week and needless to say life is busy, hence I have hardly touched a brush in 3-4- weeks now...

learning the art of Longsword (Fiore, Talhoffer, Ringeck, I am useless at it!), learning guitar, reading history books, and working at a watermill. I got promoted and lost half my hours so I have a lot of time to paint! I also write poetry and am working on my own fantasy novel under a working title of Goldhelm. It was based on an idea I had when I was 17. I am 28 now and, as I say to many, it isnt a great idea but it is the only one I have. I am a lazy writer and will lose interest quickly before picking up the pen again. I also used to draw quite a bit but have been having a tough time of it and the writing helps more than the drawing ever could. I also have a very wonderful and supportive girlfriend (she is my Goldberry) who I spend a lot of time with. I also used to enjoy the occasional real ale but can no longer due to medication
