David Sweeton purchased this Model for Warfair 1998 from Castles Works.I ended up with some time later.Shipping ,time and storage have taken a toll on the model. I have to complete renovations for The Atlanta Miniature Battle-game Society Spear and Shield game at Treefort games on August 6th.
I will start repairs and repainting. I am going to add a Fountain Court and White Tree.

I don't think the White tower should have a thatch roof I will replace it

Looks great in it's damaged state, can't wait to see it when you've finished patching it up. Should make for some interesting battles.

Thanks Jake.
One of the clubs is going to use it for an August 6th game. It puts pressure on me to finish.

Well good luck in getting it done in time!

If you're able to, when your club has the game, it'd be great to see some pictures of it in action if you're able to snap some :)

A photo fro 1998 before we had even played on it. You can view the album by clicking the thumb nail
I will take some photos of the game as well.

Blimey, I didn't realise it was quite so big from the original photo. Nice one :)

Think of the size and scale of a battle played on that scale, it could be around 25,000pts or more. Cool. :-D

Hope you're okay.

Did you figure out how to get back in your old account?

Amazing castle, and yeah I noticed too that you're using your old profile again. Not that you have ever went away.

I had a break in. I fell repairing a window and broke my leg.The burglar took the lap top that was using the Chestnut e-mail address and the tv set that was the monitor for this computer. My insurance will cover the damage and Doctor bills. The low life did not get any of my tools or any thing important. They just caused a big inconvenience.
I do not know how long the leg is going to take to heal because of my age and the fact I injured the foot that was run over by the tractor trailer when I was directing traffic.I have to see another specialist Friday. Don't worry I have a big family and lots of friends to help get me to the doctor and to the game club until I can drive again.
I guess I will jut sit around and paint miniatures for six, or ten weeks

It took one of my friends three hours to remove the virus and and spy ware that was causing the problem.I set up the other account on the lap top.

Thanks guys
