Yes i am allowed to do that. But i am not sure if i will do it. I feel like they are suitable for computer colouring (but i need them on thick paper).
Cartoons are mostly black-white. So i am not sure about colouring them. I still should have plenty of time to sent them in tough. So i can still think about it.

Yeah, black and white is very effective for cartoons such as the Bunny Suicides series (do you have that in Belgium?) but colour is something you can consider. I mean if you try it on the computer and it looks better you could send it in, if not then you can just scrap it. Ofcourse I am not forcing you, it was just something to consider.

Yes why not. U can sent up to 5 entries. U make ur entry on thick paper A-4 sized. There are prizes. (Highest about 700 euro i think).
Ah i just see there is an english rule version to. So if u want u can join in to.

ah bummer, i would say check the net. There are anually several of those sort of contests. I don't think the required age is always 16+. They sometimes are hard to find tough.
I really could use the prize money now. I just ordered a figure case 40 euro. Place for 80 figures + about 3 larger things. My parents will kill me if they find out.

Nah they won't ground me. I just need to find a holiday job - wich is hard because i still got school work to do now. Stupid school. Paper in august and then judging in september...

My mom didn't get the one with the turtle.. (failure?)

Should find 3 more, unless the turtle really isn't good enough.

Took me a lot of time to just came up with some ideas... I am not to good in gags even tough i am so fond of cartoons. Witouth using any text.. that is just making it extra hard..
But here are the last ones i came up with. Not entirely happy yet with the coloured version.. Should try to tune it up witouth wasting another drawing..

I really like the third one from your first post. Did you mean to make a cartoon of the costa concordia? The captain presumably was fooling around with a woman when the accident happened. A sinking ship, an Italian moustache and a blow-up doll... striking resemblance
