I love your wood elves! They are painted very well.
But your Radagast is also very impressive, especially the stone on the staff. I looks like its glowing
Not to mention the brave dog:)

I'm surprised people noticed the glowing staff, it was one of my worst OST attempts. If anyone was wondering it's an effect called object source lighting, a technique that involves making an object give off light by using layers of wash that get progressively lighter. I've used it before to paint glowing eyes, when it is easier to do in my opinion, but I'm glad people like it :-D

Oh, and the little guy I added to his base is actually a fox (I think, at least that is how he is intended :P ), that came with the Reaper miniatures: Seiyah (something like that) Iconic Witch, from the pathfinders range. I used her as a necromance for my VC, and didn't include the critter, so when I saw him lying around, new it would be perfect to go with radagast. I'm considering either finding or greenstuffing some more critters, and giving Radagast a "Father of The Forest" kinda thing.

Very nice painting. You may be surprised to know the number of people who dislike the official Radagast, I am not one of them and besuides yours is great.

Dislike Radagast?! How is this possible?

Very nice painting. Love the fox you added. Not sure about Legolas' eyes though. They seem to me in the picture that they are just white. Now that I look at it again though, there is a 'light' in them. Is this how you painted them?

Somehow it is. These people often use the Sharkey model as Radagst instead.

Yea, I really don't like doing pupils on the LOTR guys. The faces are just to small, and I'm not very good at it. When I was painting Eldar, I got into a habit of doing white eyes to give my guys a powerful magic look. I thought maybe it would work on elves, even though this particular elf isn't a practitioner of magic :P Well, it at least looks good from a tabletop perspective 8)

The result was not that great, so I stopped painting eyes
Then, the result became was as good as a 3-year old's fingerpainting
I stopped painting things with eyes. Hello Warriors of Chaos!
