I might be guilty of hijacking my own thread too...

But when I get my rulebook and learn how to play the game and stuff, the first scenario I will make will be the Burning of the Entwives' Gardens and Ill probably make a new topic asking for help on it.
Not much else I can do but daydream til I get the books.

So im gonna lurk for awhile and take in the sights and posts of this place, lots of reading to catch up on. Glad I found this place (thru wikipedia of all things)

Ohh, Last night, I also won an ebay auction for the WOTR rules (for $12!!!! I paid 21 for LOTR Onerulesbook), so now I can make a Forest army in either system. Which means alot more profiles?

WOTR is a different rules system to SBG.

SBG ents: Ent,Treebeard
WOTR ents: Ent, Beechbone(converted ent),Quickbeam(converted ent), Treebeard
But as you play with friends if they agree you can make house profiles...

I just read at Lotr wiki about the entwives and Sam's cousin actually saw a 'walking tree'. Maybe some survived... :roll:

They are a little too big for that, and move to much to be mistaken for a tree. But there is always hope...
