Did dol amroth, lossarnach, lamedon any of the fiefdoms basicly ever assist in any osgialth based battles, or were they only there for plennor feilds?

( I want to know becasue I want to make a gondor army based on osgialth, and would feel better in getting dol amroth forces if in the story they did help there, although i might end up doing so regardless).

Thanks

Well as you plan to regardless is there really any point in asking lol?

But from what i recall it was to do with the lighting of the beacons that they arrive, so really you could have some of the fiefdoms arriving to another beacon lighting but they would probably all turn up and your back story would need a dire emergency.

I'm sure they must have co-operated before on other operations, including some when Osgiliath was lost, or being held against various attacks. Apart from the fact that's just common sense, in the books the people of Minas Tirith knew people like Forlong by sight, and also how many men people like him should have brought when they were called. So it's likely that there had been co-operation for some time, in and around Minas Tirith.
