Can for example a Captain of Dol Amroth lead warriors of the dead as they are from the same army list

..yes. As was stated in another thread/post, you can simply convert a AoTD warrior into a Capt. and use the Capt of DolAm stats.

The only way that I can figure they ever win is through heros and maybe rangers (I haven't played as a Minas Tirith army, though I do want to). Sorry, I should have said Minas Tirith, not Gondor. The Fiefdoms don't really need any help.

Also, literally none of the evil lists actually NEED to ally to get anything, they are all complete lists.

BTW, I thought your Gondor rule sounded familiar...that's what I used for my By the Book Gondor Captain :)

Can anyone tell me if the 1pt increase for Haradrim is for Haradrim Warriors only, or all Haradrim basic warriors (so Serpent Guard and Raiders also)?

Also, what does Eomer, Knight of the Pelennor have for a special rule now? Does he still go crazy if Eowyn or Theoden dies?

Thanks

It is for Haradrim Warriors, and kind of for Haradrim Raiders too, the Serpent Guard etc are the same. The Raiders look like they are the same pts but they are not as they no longer auto come with bows that they can exchange for war spears on their base profile, they only come with hand weapons and horses now.

Eomer is the same.

Oh, I thought Eomer had something that was affected by priority now? Maybe not then....

I wonder why they let Haradrim Raiders not auto come with bows, but Riders of Rohan still do. Oh well...

Éomer, Knight of the Pellenor has changed. He’s lost the rage rule and now gets a bonus when charging instead.

Oh, I didn't know what his special rule used to do so assumed it was the same.

With the Haradrim though, the plastic modelsdon't come with 100% bows attatched to the models, though they do have a 50% bow rule.

He's in the Angmar and Moria Sourcebook. Read it for yourself.

If you insist on being stinguey, he's a Goblin Shaman who acts like a Barrow-wight in combat and upgrade Spiders.

Don't worry, I'll buy the book on Saturday, just curious since no-one had mentioned him.

I believe he has been mentioned before. Many people have complained about his paralysing rule.

Well, honestly how many special made-up Goblin Shamans do we need in the game? I bought the Druzhag model, but I typically use him as a normal Shaman.

Ashrak is only a little over half the cost of Druzhag. That's why people would use him. That and he's slightly overpowered.

The special Goblin Shamans are good for themed and specialist armies.
Druzhag with wargs and bats and Ashrak for spider themed armies.

There is no theme for Druzhag or Ashrak, they, and Groblug are cheesy, made-up and rather silly charcaters.

Also, Druzhag is for Spiders as well, his Enrage Beast spell works well on a Spider Queen.

I just find it unnecessary I guess. While every damn Evil beastie under the sun gets a 6+ Fate roll, there isn't a single Good model that benefits from a similar rule.
