The red and green colour scheme looks nice, but makes them look like WoMC (Warriors of Minas Christmas).

Interesting comment! I never thought of this. You are right, they look colourful. (maybe i have to paint Boromir's hair white and give him a beard :-D )

He looks younger and less gnarled now he has been painted. It makes your conversion work look better.
