Hi guys, If I ta e out say the last couple of companies in a fight phase and one contains the opponents hero, is the hero killed as well, or does he move to another company elsewhere on the battlefield. My opponent thinks they don't die with other warriors. Would be grateful for advice please.

Heroes would also be removed as casualties as soon as the last company (usually the command company)is reduced to 4 models (for infantry, 2 for cavalry)

You could in fact have 4 heroes in the command company and all 4 would be removed.

Heroes can only move to another formation in the movement phase, unless they have a special rule that says otherwise.
