DMS is in touch with his 'shopping' side these days... :P

Fullsize sword replicas and just the LE boxset for me for the forseeable future.

Hunter Orcs on Fell Wargs- I personally feel they look so much better than the Isengard Warg Riders

Bit of a short post but totally agree with above poster, second only to Kili - my favourite models so far of the new releases.

I'm going to wait until the other film comes out and see if GW updates the rulebook.... don't want to buy a temporary rulebook!

Christmas money? What's that?

Any cash I have for hobbies over Christmas will be spent on restocking my paint supplies. Many of my Formula P3 paints have run out or have cracked lids, so I'll be ordering a bunch of replacements, and probably a bunch of Vallejo bottles as well.

Miniatures-wise, I'll be getting some 28mm Afghan insurgents and some 1:48 scale vehicles to go with them. Rules-wise I'll be getting Bush Wars from Ambush Alley Games. But these will have to wait until January.

After that, I'll be looking to get some WWII American infantry from Artizan Designs to use as 1950s National Guard to fight against some giant atomic mutant bugs.

Word!

Any I get will be used to pay off this emergency laptop I had to buy.

As for the Hobbit release, I think I'll be waiting until the Rivendell Knights are released.

I do need paint. Going Vallejo route - fed up with GW long ago but my stocks will run out and I need new colours for my WW2 stuff and Dreadball and Sedition Wars

Covering rent or bills.

Seconded on Shieldmaiden's call on waiting for Rivendel knights to be released.

Well, what money I have/had is going on gifts for the lady, the niece and nephew and paying for Christmas dinner.

how-and-ever, I did order the starter set from ebay, and I did go see the movie.

So that covers my LOTR habit. I did see a very lovely Hobbit themed moleskin which was way too tempting.

Picked up some pre-painted Pathfinder and Dungeons and Dragons miniatures to use with the Pathfinder RPG Beginner Box and the Wrath of Ashardalon boardgame (respectively).

I also picked up a humidifier, which will cut down on the nosebleeds from my Very Dry Apartment :)

If you inclue what I've already bought, and what my parents have bought, then everything except paint set, white council, goblin captain and goblin town.
