I think the green looks good, but the pale skinned colour would probably look better. Remember that there are supposed to be different breeds of orcs so if you are worried about them looking too different, The Goblin Town orcs can just be a slightly different breed of goblins. They are supposed to be sickly as well, remember.
But do what you want, man. Nice WIP by the way.

I agree with the general concensus that your painting is excellent but I dislike the colour choice. I think it looks like a WFB Night Goblin but the details are really nice anyway.

A great paintjob, but I think the green is too radioactive! I'd go with a more brown-green, olive drab or something like that.
