Progress. Needs some cleaning up still. Camera is merciless, but those Gowron type eyes turned out quite nice.

I haven't posted anything in this chain in almost two years, so let's have the wizards three. :)

Welcome back! Good to see you posting again.

The light in the picture is washing your paint jobs out quite a bit. I think this picture would be a lot better with natural daylight.

Probably, but natural daylight is at a premium here this time of year. Especially as the Canadians have stolen our winter again, and we're stuck with darkness and rain. :)

But these fellows are going to be my next projects, starting from the lady on the right for my daughter's new MERP character.

Also, this shady fellow is soon going to become my Wormtongue. About time too, since he turns 30 this year; the base says "TSR 1985". He even sports a small moustache, like Grima did in the Bakshi cartoon.

Can we have a Sidekicks painting contest in February? :)

Ah, the classic metals from the 1980's. I have some of those in boxes too - some of them are painted in enamels (those were the days before modelling paint acrylics came along).

Some progress with King Oakenshield. Or, "Smaug, you cowardly old worm, where are you hiding?"
