All GW anyway. I'll post the exact names tomorrow, can't remember off the top of my head. Bedtime methinks.

Ok assuming we're going left to right, 1, 2 and 3. *indicates old colour name. each stage counts as a layer. All based in black

Faces/flesh
- 50/50 mix Scab Red with Cadian Fleshtone
- Cadian fleshtone to highlight
- Rakarth Flesh wash (wouldn't normally use it but this was to cover mistakes)
- Cadian fleshtone again
- 75% Cadian & 25% White Scar
- 50/50 Cadian fleshtone & white scar.

Ill take 1 as the example, the others were painted the same way, but with the colours used for different parts

Clothes 1 tunic
- Thunderhawk blue basecoat
- Russ grey - highlights
- Russ grey & white scar 75/25 final highlight

cloak
- Incubi Darkness
- Incubi Darkness & white scar for highlight
- repeat adding more white for tips.

Trousers
- Eshin Grey
- Dawnstone highlight
- administratum grey final highlight

Leathers (belts, boots etc.)
- Doombull brown
- bugmans glow highlight
- Rakarth Flesh wash
- Bugmans glow again on the tips .

Hair and sash
- Rhinox hide
- gorthor brown highlight

Golds
-Snakebite leather*
-Burnighed gold*
-Runefang steel on the tips

Hope that helps!

Today me and the little brother made a forest base for our store bought trees. I might do an article if there's an appetite.

It's pretty straightforard. Glue, scatter, repeat. I took photos at each stage anyhow. How does one go about doing an article and is there a section on the site for them? I recall there was on the old site

Great looking woods & I love the painting on the elves! Will take advantage of your painting guide when I tackle wood elves myself (although that is likely quite far in the future).

Not sure if the face looks a bit aged. Any tips on how to feminise the features appreciated. Haven't seen it in daylight yet.
