Finally started painting today.. about half a model done, only 8.5 left to do!
(Small conversions already done last week: couple of torches given to Mauhur and his Marauders, also changed the former's haircut a bit.)

Great to see so many entries. Barbar - your entry is outstanding! Fantastic painting and basing. Not sure how I feel about the naked Arwen though.

Anyway, to increase the number of entries even further I've managed to finish off some Grimhammers and a Thorin model from Mithril Miniatures. Had to post these early because next week I am off to Middle Earth (NZ)! We have already booked our tour of Hobbiton

How did you make those bases? Might do something like that for my goblin town

I could submit my SoE's as they are, but am pretty unhappy with them at their current state, so I hope to be able to do a bit more before submission!

Maybe the warbands challenges should last for 2 months instead?

I would prefer to keep it to a monthly challenge. No matter if you don't get finished on time. Still good to see the pics of your warbands in the WIP section when you do finish.
