ok i have a campaign starting next week and one of the things we are following is 3 generals leading 3 armys. i have boromir feramir and baragond has the leaders of each army.
army 1: feramir 12 WOMT (6 with spears all shields)
madril 12 ROG all with the ranger ugrade and
cirion with 12 WOMT all shields

army 2 would be Baragond with horde leading 12 KOTM
damrod with 12 ROG with ranger upgrade
and a Captain with horse lance and shield with 12 WOTM
how would army 2 be and what can i make with army 3 boromir. (soz spelling errors in a rush XD

I'll do my best. Army 1 looks good but I'd drop the Ithilien upgrade on the rangers and get some citadel/ fountain guard in there for F4.

Army 2...meh...looks too soft. I'm guessing Beregond is on a horse? I would put the captain in the knight warband and drop 6 knights. Use them to flank round behind and attack spear supports. Use the left over points to upgrade some rangers to citadel guard bowmen. Str 3 bows + bodyguard is handy for holding objectives.

You'll be hard pressed to make a decent army around boromir at 500pts; considering he is almost half the points. Not worth it at this level, his horn is next to useless now fury is so common. Can you re-use heroes or does every army have to contain different ones?

ok sorry in a rush while typing it. the rules are the hero's can only be in 1 army at a time. so cant have aragorn in each army.

the only gondor troops i have are WOMT, Rangers and knights i haven't had the money to buy other model.

the tables we have often have forests and more then half of the players in the campaign have cav so i aim to use forests to annoy my opponent with the rangers that's why i got the upgrade.

now for army two i still have the 36 troop number but if i should swap things over (the points in army 2 is 499) what can i change then for it to be more well rounded when vsing other army's.

so for boromir's army i do realize that hes gonna have a small troop number but i needed s 3rd army and most other hero's i plan on using are in other army's and since hes strong and have lots of might i was hoping i can just try to sweep my foe before i lose to many troops but i don't know what troops would be helpful for that.

Edit: i can also take troops from other army's but the only other good models i have are a few numorian, 1 box of army of the dead and the fellowship and the hero's i have on other army's is prince of dal arrmoth and gandulf on his cart.

Combine the Numenorean's High FV and the Gondorians High DV.
