I just found the intro section, which is kind of embarrassing!

I'm a long time geek from the east coast of the US. I'm getting BACK into the game after leaving it about ten years ago. I really wish I'd kept my stuff from back then :/

I'm particularly interested in terrain building and hope to get some articles put out that are helpful.

Welcome back to the hobby Varangian! I too am a North Carolinian. I look forward to reading some of your terrain building articles. 8)

Awesome. In what area are you?

It'll be a while before I get articles together, I have to make sure I know what I'm doing again first! We'll see where it goes :)

Raleigh for school, but my hometown and where I normally work is Greensboro so every now and then I go to the Winston store. I'm lucky enough that in either city I have a GW store within 30 minutes. :)

Welcome back. As someone who concentrates on dioramas I will be interested in seeing your work.

Y'all are making me a bit self conscious about the terrain building now!

Dragon, they're both pretty cool areas. It's nice to see NC geekdom thriving.

I love it down here, we have an incredible store. Parker Banner Kent and Wayne is where I've been gaming since I moved back to NC about four years ago. If we get some interest we may have to see about pulling together a games day or something for LotR.

Hey man welcome back. I'm located in Charlotte where I go to school. I'm from Texas so I don't have any my models in NC. But welcome back!

Thank you! If you're ever up for a game let me know. I play a lot of board games as well so lack of models shouldn't keep you from gaming a bit.

Where are you going to school?

Hey I go to Queens University of Charlotte. I'm on the swim team there.

I'm not sure how far away you are but if it's not too far I would love to come have a game. I don't have the models but I do have a lot of the rule books and such if those are needed.
