Work in progress, feeling like I am getting the basecoat right but needs a little more work to get the right sort of skin colour. Then move on to highlights and details – also need to figure out the best way to do a decent White Hand of Sauraman on his helmet

As for the base, feel its to light so may go back and rework it if have time - still need to make some more progress on TOS army as well.

Well I managed to finish it. The blue is to represent the evil of Saruman leaking out and destroying everything. The side of the tree nearest to him is dying while the further is still alive, that's the idea anyway.
